Assistant Secured Lending Manager, Bank (6-month contract)

Key Responsibilities

• Review, assess, and approve secured lending applications in accordance with the Bank's retail lending policies, while working closely with business teams to facilitate and manage the end-to-end approval process.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and timely decision-making.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to help maintain the competitiveness and relevance of the Bank's lending products and services.
• Support the review and enhancement of lending policies and guidelines, and contribute to product initiatives, process improvements, and other ad hoc projects as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years in consumer lending.
• Good understanding of the Hong Kong property market and mortgage lending operations is an advantage.
• Strong commercial awareness with excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proven ability to embrace change and overcome challenges.
• Proficient in both English and Cantonese.
• Strong sense of accountability and customer service orientation, with a commitment to delivering efficient and effective service.
