Frontline Distribution Enablement - retail banking

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute customer channel strategies, balancing customer experience, digital capabilities, and operational efficiency.
• Leverage data-driven insights and stakeholder feedback to identify opportunities, shape strategic initiatives, and track business outcomes through defined performance metrics.
• Drive initiatives that enhance service delivery and channel effectiveness by defining success measures, overseeing implementation, and monitoring results.
• Prepare management updates and governance materials, while coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution of initiatives and achievement of business objectives.
• Support customer adoption and channel migration initiatives through targeted campaigns, engagement activities, communications, and performance tracking.
• Assess and recommend improvements to customer journeys, service processes, and channel capabilities to enhance overall customer experience and operational performance.
• Contribute to the planning and delivery of strategic projects related to distribution channels, service transformation, and process optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in banking, financial services, consulting, project management, business transformation, channel management, marketing, or commercialization.
• Familiarity with retail banking operations, customer servicing environments, distribution channels, or digital transformation initiatives is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proven stakeholder management and project coordination capabilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complex business environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.
