Distribution Sales Support - TOP ibank

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate client events, conferences, seminars, webinars, roadshows, and networking activities, including logistics, vendor management, budgets, invitations, and post-event follow-up.
• Support client engagement initiatives, including seasonal gifting programs, supplier coordination, inventory tracking, and reporting.
• Maintain and update client and prospect data within Salesforce, ensuring accurate pipeline tracking, activity reporting, and follow-up management.
• Manage client databases, distribution lists, and stakeholder communications while ensuring adherence to internal governance and compliance standards.
• Provide day-to-day sales support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, expenses, invoices, and administrative activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales support, client servicing, event management, or business administration within financial services. Asset management or investment-related experience is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and Concur.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin communication skills.
