FG wanted! - Events coordinator, Bank (Jan to Apr 2027)

Our client, a leading global financial institution, is seeking a contractor to support its Investor Access team in delivering corporate access and investor engagement initiatives for institutional clients across Asia.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute investor access events including non-deal roadshows, expert sessions, company meetings, group tours, and bespoke corporate access requests.
• Support the delivery of conferences, corporate days, and other investor-facing events.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and external participants to ensure seamless execution of events and client engagements.
• Assist in sourcing and coordinating regional content, management teams, and corporate participants for institutional investor meetings.
• Manage scheduling, logistics, and event administration while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Prior experience organizing events or corporate access activities for institutional investors or financial services clients.
• Experience supporting large-scale investor conferences is advantageous.
• General understanding of capital markets, securities services, or institutional banking businesses.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; Cantonese and Mandarin are beneficial.
• Proactive, resilient, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple stakeholders.
