Equity Derivatives Sales Support Analyst - US ibank

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales and Trading teams to support the execution and monitoring of equity derivatives and structured product transactions.
• Prepare trade recaps, client documentation and product materials.
• Ensure accurate trade booking and data integrity across front-to-back systems.
• Investigate and resolve trade lifecycle issues in collaboration with settlements, confirmations, reconciliations and finance teams.
• Monitor operational workflows and support the maintenance of straight-through processing (STP) infrastructure.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives and system enhancements.
• Produce business metrics and management reports to support decision-making.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience within investment banking, markets, structured products, derivatives, middle office or trade support functions.
• Understanding of equity derivatives, structured products, options and swaps.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced trading environment.
• Proficiency in Excel; VBA and Python knowledge would be advantageous.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
