Equity Capital Markets Coverage Analyst - US ibank

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution and marketing of equity capital market transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, block trades and secondary placements.
• Conduct industry, company and market analysis to identify transaction opportunities and support business development initiatives.
• Work closely with Investment Banking, Equity Research, Sales and Trading teams to gather market intelligence and investor feedback.
• Prepare financial analyses, valuation materials, presentations and client-facing marketing documents.
• Assist senior bankers and deal teams throughout transaction execution and client engagement processes.
• Participate in internal discussions and client meetings, contributing insights and presentation materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in ECM, Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Corporate Finance, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, valuation methodologies and corporate finance concepts.
• Excellent analytical, financial modelling and presentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent Mandarin and English language skills are required.
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
