Associate, Corporate Finance
Our client, a leading SFC licensed firm, is looking for an Associate/Senior Associate - to join their team.
- Transaction Execution: Assist in executing corporate finance deals, including initial public offerings, M&A advisory, and secondary fund-raising.
- Due Diligence: Conduct financial analysis, business valuation, and comprehensive due diligence investigations.
- Documentation: Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, circulars, and regulatory filings.
- Client Coordination: Liaise with clients, auditors, legal counsels, and regulatory bodies (e.g., SFC, HKEX).
- Research: Perform industry research and peer analysis to support deal sourcing and pitching.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of solid working experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or a related financial advisory role.
- Licenses: Holders of SFC Type 1 (dealing in securities) and Type 6 (advising on corporate finance) regulated activities are strongly preferred.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Language: Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a strong plus.
