AVP/VP ECM

Our client, a leading international firm, is looking to expand their ECM team.

Responsibilities:

• Originate and structure ECM transactions including IPOs, rights issues, block trades, and convertible offerings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, private equity sponsors, and institutional investors.

• Lead the preparation of pitch materials, valuation analyses, and transaction proposals that win mandates.

• Partner with syndicate, research, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution from origination to closing.

• Monitor market trends, investor sentiment, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities.

• Mentor junior team members, fostering analytical excellence and client-first thinking.

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of experience in ECM origination, corporate finance, or investment banking.

• Proven track record in winning and executing equity capital markets transactions.

• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and presentation skills.

• Deep understanding of equity markets, investor dynamics, and deal structuring.

• Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior corporate executives and institutional investors.

• Resilience, commercial acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deal-driven environment.
