Case Manager – Life Insurance & Wealth

A specialist life insurance and wealth protection organisation is seeking a Case Manager in Hong Kong to manage end-to-end life insurance cases for high-net-worth clients, working closely with professional advisers, insurers and international stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of HNW life insurance cases, from application through underwriting, policy delivery and servicing
• Coordinate with sales partners, insurers and international stakeholders to manage documentation, timelines, outstanding requirements and next steps
• Review KYC/AML, corporate, trust and financial documentation for completeness, accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Prepare life insurance illustrations, comparisons and supporting materials for client presentations
• Coordinate medical examinations and underwriting requirements to support timely case decisions
• Support cases involving PPLI and other sophisticated HNW insurance solutions
• Identify documentation and process gaps, resolve issues where appropriate, and escalate matters requiring further attention
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready records while contributing to process improvement initiatives

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, Law or a related discipline
• 3–7 years’ experience in life insurance operations, case management, underwriting support, sales operations or trust administration
• Experience in HNW international life insurance, fiduciary services or private wealth management is preferred
• Strong understanding of corporate and trust structures, insurance documentation and underwriting workflows
• Experience with KYC/AML and client onboarding requirements
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and sound judgement, with the ability to manage multiple cases and proactively identify issues
• Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese/Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage
