AM / Manager, MCV Recruitment & Development (Life Insurance)

Responsibilities

• Drive recruitment, engagement, and business growth initiatives for the MCV segment.
• Lead the planning and execution of seminars, networking events, roadshows, and recruitment campaigns.
• Analyze recruitment results, business performance, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and enhance effectiveness.
• Prepare management insights, performance updates, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Partner with agency leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver key business initiatives and projects.
• Monitor campaign ROI, participant engagement, and business outcomes, implementing continuous improvements.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and governance to ensure successful execution.
• Develop a team while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, Analytics, or related disciplines with at least 8+ years' experience in business development, agency recruitment, agency development, marketing, business planning, events, or financial services. Less experienced candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager.
• Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities.
• Solid understanding of the Mainland Chinese market and customer segment.
• Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
