Bancassurance Product Manager - Retail bank

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle, from strategic planning and product development through to implementation, monitoring, and ongoing enhancement.
• Drive growth and profitability of existing products while identifying opportunities to develop and launch new offerings.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer research to support product strategy and business objectives.
• Stay abreast of regulatory and compliance requirements, and contribute to process improvement and workflow design initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the banking industry; product management experience is highly preferred.
• Sound understanding of retail banking products and financial markets.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.
• Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese; Mandarin proficiency would be an advantage.
