Leasing Manager / SM

About the Role

This leadership position is responsible for driving leasing performance, occupancy growth, and revenue generation across a growing student accommodation portfolio.

The successful candidate will lead leasing, marketing, and partnership initiatives while developing strategies to maximize occupancy and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Lead and manage the leasing and sales team.
• Drive student recruitment and conversion initiatives.
• Establish partnerships with universities, student agencies, education consultants, and corporate clients.
• Monitor market trends, pricing strategy, and competitor activities.
• Develop and implement marketing and lead generation campaigns.
• Oversee leasing forecasts, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
• Strengthen customer experience throughout the leasing journey.
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related disciplines.
• 8+ years of leasing, sales, or commercial experience.
• Experience in residential, PBSA, co-living, hospitality, serviced apartments, or related sectors preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and business development skills.
• Proven people management experience.
• Results-oriented with strong commercial acumen.
