General Manager, Student Accommodation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall operations of the student accommodation portfolio.
• Drive occupancy, revenue performance, and resident satisfaction.
• Develop and implement operational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Manage and mentor operational teams to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with leasing, marketing, and asset management teams to enhance portfolio performance.
• Build relationships with universities, educational institutions, and relevant stakeholders.
• Support pre-opening, project planning, and future expansion initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Property Management, or related disciplines.
• At least 10 years of management experience in hospitality, student accommodation, co-living, serviced apartments, residential operations, or related sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven experience driving occupancy and business growth.
• Hands-on leadership style and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in multi-site operations, portfolio management, or new project setup is highly preferred.
• Candidates from chain hotel operators, student accommodation providers, or PBSA platforms are welcome.
• Cantonese is preferred but not essential.
• Good command of English and Chinese.
