Leasing Officer (Residential)

Manages daily serviced apartment leasing, corporate tenant relationships, and market promotion to support brand growth

Key Responsibilities

• Leasing Management: Oversee day-to-day leasing operations and transactions for residential portfolio

• Client & Account Relations: Foster long-term relationships with existing tenants and actively develop prospective corporate accounts by delivering exceptional service

• Market Insights & Brand Promotion: Perform ongoing market research and execute targeted strategies to elevate brand visibility

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline

• Minimum of 5 years in leasing, business development, or corporate account management

• Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal communication

• Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Officer
