Assistant Leasing Manager - Promotion

My client is a top-tier property developer and one of Hong Kong's most dynamic conglomerates. To support their expanding retail portfolio, they are actively hiring a Promotions / Mall Marketing professional at the Assistant Manager level to oversee promotional campaigns and branding for their flagship shopping malls

Job Duties:

• Marketing & Event Execution: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing mall branding initiatives, digital marketing strategies, and integrated communications campaigns

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams, creative agencies, and retail tenants to drive mall footfall and elevate brand presence

• Campaign & Ad Management: Implement advertising plans and maintain cross-departmental coordination to ensure seamless project delivery

• Operational Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support to the mall promotions team

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related discipline

• Minimum 3 years of experience in mall promotions, event management, PR, or integrated marketing

• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing; hands-on knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or HTML is a strong plus

• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
