Leasing, Manager - Senior Manager (Retail)

My client is a well-known developer and look for a Leasing Manager-SM for their large-scale retail portfolio in Hong Kong.

Job Duties:

• Develop and implement leasing strategies for retail portfolios to optimise occupancy levels, tenant mix, and rental revenue performance.
• Proactively identify and cultivate new leasing opportunities, source prospective tenants, and lead lease negotiations, renewals, restructurings, and deal execution in accordance with company objectives and policies.
• Manage the end-to-end leasing process independently, including market research, tenant prospecting, financial assessment, lease documentation, agreement execution, and tenant handover.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants, ensuring high tenant retention
• Work closely with Property Management, Legal, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless leasing operations, lease compliance, and efficient tenancy administration.
• Prepare leasing budgets, rental forecasts, business plans, and management reports, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Drive and support marketing, branding, and promotional initiatives to enhance asset positioning, increase footfall, and strengthen the overall attractiveness and competitiveness of the retail portfolio.
• Monitor portfolio performance and tenant sales trends, recommending asset enhancement and tenant optimisation initiatives to maximise long-term asset value.
  
  

Requirements:

• Holder of a degree in Surveying, Real Estate, or a related field
• 7 years+ retail leasing experience, grading depends on experience
• Strong grasp of the market, drive, and aptitude for interpersonal interactions
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing in Microsoft Office software
• Strong proficiency in speaking and writing Chinese and English
