Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor (5 days)

Our client is looking for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assist in project budgeting, cost estimation and cash-flow monitoring.

• Support cost control and commercial management throughout the project life cycle.

• Assist in the administration of main contracts and subcontracts.

• Handle valuations, variations, claims, procurement and cost reports.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines.

• Energetic and self-motivated, with good problem-solving skills.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
