Senior Quantity Surveyor - Assistant QS Manager(Civil, Client)

We are looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Assistant Commercial Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall management of contractual and commercial issues for large scale civil projects
• Manage the contractual agreements, overseeing the entire contract lifecycle and ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
• Establish commercial management systems on revenue, cost, cashflow, changes, claims, subcontracting
• Manage the team, collaborate internally & externally to negotiate contract terms, pricing, and other relevant provisions
• Supervise the preparation of pre-qualifications submissions, commercial review of tenders, sub-contract tender and related documentation
• Develop strategies and implement measures to mitigate risks and protect Company’s interest
• Conduct thorough reviews of contracts to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency provide contractual, financial and commercial advice
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documents, correspondence, and related documentation
• Conduct regular contract reviews and audits to ensure adherence to contractual obligations and identify opportunities for the projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, preferably with related professional qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience for large scale civil projects
• Strong knowledge of contract law, legal principles, and contract drafting best practices
• Experience in NEC4 contracts is advantageous
