Sales Director/General Manager (E&M, Project/ Services)

Our client is looking for a Sales Director (E&M, Project/ Services) to join their team

Our client is a MNC engineering company

Responsibilities:

• Direct, mentor, and build a high-performing team of sales managers, business development representatives, and pre-sales engineers.
• Lead the end-to-end management of major tender submissions, ensuring strict compliance with technical specifications, commercial deadlines, and regulatory standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the completed contracts, maintain a positive, supportive and hospitable attitude so as to develop and influence customers to maintain a long-term service relationship
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, tenders, and projects within the E&M sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including main contractors, consultants, building owners, and end-users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
• At least 15 years’ relevant working experience in the lift industry with 5 years’ leadership experience
• Strong leadership skill with ability to develop and lead a diverse team
• Passionate in driving continuous improvement and taking up new challenges
• Strong customer-centric mindset and business acumen
• Able to cope with pressure with excellent influencing skill
• Proven technical knowledge and skill with strong problem-solving skill
• Proficient in both written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
