Senior System Designer Engineer/Manager (E&M， up to 54k)
Our client is looking for an Senior system design engineer / Manager to join their team:
Responsibilities
- Serve as the key technical representative for assigned projects, working closely with clients to develop practical, cost-effective solutions and ensure technical expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and drive all engineering activities, guiding multi-disciplinary teams to deliver system designs, technical specifications, risk assessments, interface definitions, and design documentation in line with project objectives.
- Oversee design reviews, testing, validation, commissioning, and final acceptance processes to ensure solutions are fully compliant, operationally reliable, and ready for deployment.
- Collaborate with project, procurement, quality, manufacturing, installation, and service teams to manage technical issues, monitor project progress, control engineering resources and costs, and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in engineering, system design, or technical project execution within machinery, industrial equipment, transportation, or similar industries.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Experience in project coordination or project management is advantageous.
- Experience in railway or rail transit projects would be highly desirable.
