Senior Manager (MVAC ,Chiller, Cooling)

Responsibilities:

• Direct project resources, contractors, and suppliers to achieve quality, cost, schedule, and safety objectives.
• Lead the delivery of large-scale cooling and HVAC projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning through completion.
• Drive project planning, budgeting, tender preparation, and construction solutions to support business expansion.
• Mentor and manage multidisciplinary teams while maintaining strong client and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements:

• Degree-qualified engineer with extensive experience leading major building services or infrastructure projects.
• Strong track record in HVAC, chiller plant, and complex construction project delivery within Hong Kong.
• Proven capability in commercial management, risk control, stakeholder coordination, and operational excellence.
• Effective people leader with strong communication skills in English and Cantonese; DCS and Chartered Engineer credentials are advantageous.
