Facility manager(Manufactory)

• Oversee facility operations and maintenance, ensuring reliable performance of infrastructure, equipment, and building systems while minimizing operational downtime.
• Lead facilities management and compliance, including team leadership, contractor/vendor management, budgeting, facility audits, and adherence to health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Drive continuous improvement and sustainability initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to enhance efficiency, optimize costs, support business objectives, and improve energy and waste management.

Job requirement:

• 6-10 years of facilities management experience with proven leadership of facilities teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of building services, HVAC, electrical systems, maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Good common in English and Chinese.
