Assistant Project Director/ Senior Project Manager (Developer)

A leading Hong Kong developer seeks an Assistant Project Director / Senior Project Manager to lead landmark developments from foundation to handover.

This is an opportunity to take meaningful ownership of major projects, influence delivery strategy, lead multidisciplinary teams, and shape high-quality, sustainable developments across Hong Kong.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from foundation through handover, setting strategies, milestones, and delivery standards to achieve successful outcomes
• Oversee engineering, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, ensuring projects meet required standards and statutory requirements
• Direct cost and contract management, overseeing budgets, variations, claims, contractor performance, and commercial risks
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, building capability and driving performance across structural, civil, MEP, and quality functions
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across design, commercial, sales, marketing, and property teams to strengthen constructability, handover readiness, and asset performance
• Champion innovation and sustainable construction, leveraging BIM, MiC, DfMA, Smart Site, BEAM Plus, and digital initiatives to improve efficiency and ESG outcomes

Candidate profile:

• Degree in Civil, Structural, Building, Construction Management, Building Services, or a related discipline; Chartered Engineer status preferred
• Proven experience delivering large-scale residential, mixed-use, commercial, or infrastructure projects in Hong Kong
• Strong expertise in project delivery, stakeholder management, contract administration, and commercial oversight
• Solid knowledge of Hong Kong construction regulations, statutory requirements, Buildings Department submissions, and Occupation Permit procedures
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive project performance, quality, collaboration, and compliance
