Head of Business Transformation (International Engineering Grp)

A leading aviation organisation seeks a Head of Business Transformation (International Engineering Group) in Hong Kong to drive enterprise-wide change, boost productivity, and deliver measurable business impact globally.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise-wide Lean transformation by designing governance, certification, and benefit realisation frameworks that drive measurable productivity gains
• Build and embed Lean capability across the organisation through structured learning pathways, training programmes, and coaching for global teams
• Own end-to-end process transformation by establishing operating models, governance, standardisation, and performance management across business functions
• Drive strategic transformation programmes that streamline operations, eliminate duplication, enable shared services, and improve cost, quality, and customer outcomes
• Partner with Finance and business leaders to quantify, validate, and sustain transformation benefits while ensuring compliance, safety, and regulatory standards

Candidate profile:

• 8+ years in business improvement, operational excellence, or enterprise transformation within regulated industries such as aviation/MRO or manufacturing
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt/Master Black Belt required, with Prosci, CBPP, PMP, or PRINCE2 certifications advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, Quality, or Supply Chain required; MBA/MSc preferred
• Proven experience leading multi-site transformation programmes, capability frameworks, process governance, standardisation, and shared services
• Strong financial acumen and stakeholder management skills, with expertise in KPI development, business cases, benefit validation, and sustaining transformation outcomes
