To support its continued development and strengthen engagement with the investment community, the company is seeking an experienced Head of Investor Relations to lead its investor communications and capital markets strategy.

Position Summary

The Head of Investor Relations will serve as the primary liaison between the company, shareholders, analysts, institutional investors, and the broader financial community. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the investor relations strategy, enhancing market understanding of the company's investment proposition, and supporting senior management on capital market activities.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy to enhance the company's visibility and credibility within the investment community.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, fund managers, sell-side analysts, and financial media.
  • Act as the primary contact for investor and analyst enquiries.
  • Organise investor roadshows, analyst briefings, non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, and shareholder meetings.

Corporate Communications & Reporting

  • Prepare earnings presentations, annual reports, interim reports, investor presentations, fact sheets, and other IR materials.
  • Coordinate financial results announcements and analyst briefing sessions.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate communication of the company's strategy, financial performance, and future outlook.

Financial Analysis & Capital Markets

  • Monitor market trends, analyst coverage, shareholder movements, and peer group performance.
  • Conduct valuation analysis and benchmarking to support management's engagement with investors.
  • Provide market intelligence and investor feedback to the Board and senior management.
  • Support capital raising exercises, M&A transactions, and other strategic corporate initiatives when required.

Regulatory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) Listing Rules and applicable disclosure requirements.
  • Work closely with Finance, Legal, Company Secretariat, and external advisers on regulatory announcements and market disclosures.
  • Maintain best practices in corporate governance and investor communications.

Requirements

Education & Professional Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualification as a CPA, CFA, or equivalent is required.
  • MBA or other advanced qualifications will be an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Listed Company Finance.
  • Proven experience interacting with institutional investors, analysts, and capital market participants.
  • Prior experience in a Hong Kong listed company is highly preferred.
  • Experience supporting board-level presentations and communications.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong financial analysis, valuation, and capital markets knowledge.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of HKEX Listing Rules and corporate governance practices.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial acumen.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
