Senior FP&A Executive (6-Month Contract)

A leading luxury retail organisation is seeking a Senior FP&A Executive for a 6-month contract in Hong Kong to turn financial data into actionable insights that strengthen performance visibility and inform management decisions.

Key responsibilities:

• Support quarterly forecasting and long-range planning for the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets
• Support the preparation of timely and accurate monthly management reports to inform management decisions
• Support monthly, quarterly and annual management reviews, including business performance presentations to local and regional management
• Conduct variance analysis across budget, forecast and actual results, providing actionable recommendations to improve business performance
• Identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve business performance
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor business performance and support management decision-making

Candidate profile:

• At least 4 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, management reporting or similar analytical roles
• Experience in regional markets and the retail industry is an advantage
• Prior experience in expense management within an FP&A team is strongly preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Power Query; experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools is an advantage
• Fluency in written and spoken English is required; proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is preferred
