FP&A Manager (6 months Contract, TW market)

A luxury retail organisation seeks a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (6 months Contract) in Hong Kong to drive financial insights and reporting for Taiwan operations, supporting business performance and strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities:

• Support the quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for Taiwan markets
• Responsible for preparing monthly management report in a timely and accurate manner for management decision
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual management reviews, including business performance presentations to local and regional management
• Conduct variance analysis between budget, forecast, and actual results, and provide actionable recommendations to improve business performance
• Identify trends and provide recommendations to improve business performance
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to monitor business performance and support management decision-making

Candidate profile:

• Minimum 6+ years’ experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, management reporting, or similar analytical roles
• Experience within regional market and Retails industry are advantages
• Prior experience in expense management within an FP&A team is strongly preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
• Capability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Proficiency in Power Query, with an advantage in Power BI or other data visualisation tools
• Fluent in written and spoken English, with a preference for Cantonese and Mandarin proficiency
