Financial Analyst | Real Estate | 30k

A real estate business is seeking a Financial Analyst in Hong Kong to evaluate investment opportunities, build financial models and support property investment and development decisions.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to real estate investments, acquisitions and development projects, applying financial and market analysis to assess feasibility, returns and project performance while strengthening your financial modelling and investment analysis skills.

Key responsibilities:

• Build financial models for real estate investments, acquisitions and development projects
• Prepare feasibility studies and cash flow projections to assess investment returns and project viability
• Analyse project economics including rental income, operating expenses, CAPEX, financing costs and development budgets
• Conduct market research on property prices, rental rates, occupancy, comparable transactions and market trends
• Support investment analysis across underwriting, due diligence, budgeting and performance monitoring
• Prepare financial reports and presentations while collaborating with internal teams, consultants and property agents

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate or a related discipline
• 1–2 years’ relevant experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, real estate, audit or corporate finance
• Strong Excel skills and a basic understanding of financial modelling, financial statements, cash flow analysis and valuation
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication and presentation skills
• Detail-oriented, organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Genuine interest in real estate investment and development
