Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their dynamic team in Hong Kong. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide coordination in business planning, accounting, and budgeting cycle of the company. The successful candidate will have the chance to work with a diverse team, providing key commentary and analysis on sales by boutique and category on a weekly basis. What you'll do:

• As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the financial management of the company.
• Provide coordination in business planning, accounting, and budgeting cycle of the company.
• Prepare forecast & budget financials and presentation.
• Ensure month end closing is done on a timely and accurate manner for submission to HQ.
• Provide key commentary / analysis on sales by boutique and category on weekly basis.
• Analyze monthly competitors results and provide market updates.
• Monitor and manage costs and advise to management and other departments.
• Assist on setting monthly sales targets to boutique and initiate incentives.
• Work closely with HR to ensure staff commissions monthly calculations are in order.
• Ensure compliance with local regulatory, tax, audit, reporting requirement.
• Support ad-hoc projects rollout.

What you bring:

• The ideal candidate for this Senior Financial Analyst position will bring a wealth of experience from working within multinational companies.
• Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Accounting or other related disciplines.
• Finance / Accounting qualification with above 3 years of work experiences in multinational companies.
• Relevant experience in Retail / FMCG industry will be added advantage.
• Strong business acumen, able to translate number into action.
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate effectively with cross department including retail and office colleagues.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English.
