A leading logistics organisation seeks a Financial Analyst in Hong Kong to drive financial strategy, deliver actionable insights, and strengthen cross-functional business impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in monthly management reporting, including preparation of financial statements and variance analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes across business units
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to management
• Prepare ad hoc financial models, business cases, and management dashboards as required
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate financial data and validate assumptions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in financial reporting, processes, and data accuracy
• Handle ad hoc projects and assignments from senior management

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
• Big 4 audit experience is mandatory (around 1 year of post-qualification experience)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders
