A diversified conglomerate is seeking a high-potential finance professional to join a structured leadership programme designed to accelerate progression towards Finance Director-level responsibilities.

Join a multi-business environment where you’ll rotate across finance functions, businesses and markets, partnering with senior leaders to build the commercial judgement, technical depth and leadership experience needed to influence complex organisations.

Key responsibilities:

• Rotate across FP&A, financial reporting, consolidation, corporate finance, internal audit, operations finance and commercial finance
• Partner with business leaders and CFOs on strategic decisions, performance management and value creation
• Lead cross-entity projects across M&A, treasury, risk management and finance transformation
• Prepare executive-level analysis, business cases and board-ready materials for senior leadership
• Build regional exposure across Hong Kong, Mainland China and Asia-Pacific
• Develop the breadth and commercial acumen needed to progress towards senior finance leadership

Candidate profile:

• Qualified accountant with 4+ years’ relevant finance experience
• Background in audit, FP&A, controllership, corporate finance or treasury; candidates from diverse industries are welcome
• Big 4 professionals with strong commercial aspirations are encouraged to apply
• Strong commercial acumen, intellectual curiosity and learning agility
• Clear ambition to progress towards Finance Director-level responsibilities
• Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
• Willingness to rotate across Hong Kong, Mainland China and Asia-Pacific
