Assistant Accountant (4-month contract, Wan Chai)

A leading logistics organisation seeks an Assistant Accountant for a 4-month contract in Hong Kong to support full-set bookkeeping, month-end closing and accounts payable, contributing to efficient finance operations.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle full-set book-keeping, general accounts payable duties, including invoice, payment verification, data maintenance, etc
• Assist with bank reconciliations, payment, transfer and transaction
• Handle month-end closing processes and reports
• Provide support for ad hoc assignments and other duties as assigned

Candidate profile:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting Studies
• At least 2 years’ related experiences, logistic industry experience is preferred
• High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and multi-tasking management
• Self-motivated, detailed-mind, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Immediate Available is a must
