A leading multinational organisation seeks an Accountant in Hong Kong to manage full-set accounts, ensure HKFRS compliance, and support group reporting and consolidation.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage the full set of Hong Kong accounts, including GL, AR/AP, bank reconciliations, and month-end close
• Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules for group reporting
• Ensure HKFRS, statutory, tax, and internal control compliance while coordinating audits and profits tax filings
• Manage intercompany reconciliations, recharges, and consolidation packages, while maintaining accurate ERP records
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and process improvements to strengthen reporting and decision-making

Candidate profile:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA member or finalist preferred
• 3–5 years’ relevant accounting experience, ideally within a multinational corporation
• Strong HKFRS, Hong Kong statutory compliance, and month-end closing experience
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, with strong attention to detail, communication, teamwork, and multitasking skills
