A reputable multinational organisation seeks an Accountant in Hong Kong to strengthen financial operations, drive professional growth, and contribute to a supportive global environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, and general ledger
• Support timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing
• Prepare management reports, financial statements, and variance analysis
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, regional finance teams, and external auditors
• Ensure compliance with HK accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
• Assist with statutory audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
• Support ad hoc finance projects and other duties as assigned

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 3 years’ relevant accounting experience, preferably in an MNC
• Strong knowledge of HK Financial Reporting Standards and statutory compliance
• Proficient in MS Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and formulas
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines
