Finance Manager (Corporate Accounting) - Hedge Fund

A leading hedge fund seeks a Finance Manager in Hong Kong to oversee corporate accounting, ensure regulatory compliance, and support statutory audits across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain and oversee accounting books and records
• Prepare and reconcile general ledger, investment schedules, and financial statements across multiple legal entities
• Prepare and submit the monthly Financial Resources Return (FRR) to the SFC, ensuring compliance with liquid capital requirements under the Securities and Futures (Financial Resources) Rules
• Perform month-end closing activities
• Prepare and draft financial statements, related disclosures, audit schedules for statutory audits, and tax filings for corporate entities
• Manage cost allocation and control

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is preferred
• Relevant experience in corporate accounting
• Experience with SFC-licensed entities and familiarity with Financial Resources Return (FRR) and related regulatory reporting obligations are strongly preferred
