Key responsibilities:

• Lead finance transformation projects to improve operational efficiency and deliver measurable business improvements
• Drive process optimisation through standardisation, automation, and stronger finance controls
• Partner with Finance, Operations, IT, and Logistics teams to deliver cross-functional process and system improvements
• Support end-to-end SAP implementation, including testing, data migration, user training, and post-go-live optimisation
• Strengthen governance and compliance by closing control gaps and ensuring adherence to finance policies and reporting requirements

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline, with finance and project management experience
• Logistics industry experience is essential, with a strong understanding of finance operations and business processes
• Experience driving workflow optimisation, process improvement, and internal control enhancement initiatives
• Strong analytical, organisational, and stakeholder management skills to lead cross-functional initiatives
