Finance Lead | BP Role | Up to 80k | PRC Business Travel Needed

A diversified private group seeks a Finance Lead to shape its future operating model and drive finance transformation across Hong Kong, Zhongshan and Malaysia.

Location: Head Office in Hong Kong (with regular travel to Zhongshan)
Reporting to: Group Management
Company nature: Investment Holding on Hotels/Properties

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the integration and standardisation of business processes across the Group's operations in Hong Kong, Zhongshan and Malaysia
• Oversee group finance, accounting, reporting, treasury, tax and compliance matters
• Strengthen financial controls, governance and management reporting
• Partner with senior management to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives
• Lead transformation projects, process optimisation and organisational change programs
• Support business expansion, restructuring and other ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline; CPA/ACCA preferred
• 15+ years' finance leadership experience, ideally within manufacturing, trading or diversified groups
• Proven track record in business transformation, integration and process improvement
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English
• Willing to travel to Zhongshan approximately 2-3 times per month
