A leading organisation seeks a CFO to lead Group financial strategy and corporate finance, driving growth, governance, and shareholder value across Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to support business growth and shareholder value
• Oversee HKFRS reporting, HKEX Listing Rules compliance, corporate governance, and internal controls across the Group
• Drive corporate finance and funding activities, including equity/debt raising, banking relationships, M&A, and expansion initiatives
• Lead investor relations, engaging with investors, analysts, and shareholders through results announcements, presentations, and roadshows
• Oversee treasury, tax, risk management, and company secretarial matters, ensuring effective financial and governance operations across Hong Kong and Mainland China

Candidate profile:

• CPA, ACCA, or HKICPA qualified with a degree in Accounting or Finance
• 15+ years' progressive finance experience, including (3+ years) senior CFO / Group Financial Controller responsibilities
• Strong experience with Hong Kong-listed companies, capital markets, funding, and investor relations
• In-depth knowledge of HKFRS, HKEX Listing Rules, and corporate governance
• Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) communication skills
• Willingness to travel to Shenzhen approximately 80% of the time
