Our client is a Japanese 3PL, they're hiring a Department Manager (Logistics & Warehouse) to oversee the strategic planning of the department & client servicing activities.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships
Collaborate closely with the President in Japan to understand client requirements and align logistics strategies accordingly
Provide ongoing communication and updates to clients regarding the status of their shipments, addressing any concerns or issues promptly
Continuously assess client satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for improvement, proactively recommending enhancements to logistics processes to enhance client experience
Perform strategic planning for the department
Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
5 years' experience in logistics field (warehouse experience is a plus)
