Report to the Head of Learning & Development. As the Learning & Development Manager, you will play a key role in creating and executing learning strategies and programs that support the growth and development of the employees.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute learning strategies and programs that align with organizational goals.
Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and other learning initiatives.
Evaluate individual and organizational development needs to identify learning gaps.
Track and assess the success of development plans and provide guidance to employees on maximizing learning opportunities.
Collaborate closely with employees and managers to support career development and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Design and oversee talent development initiatives aimed at enhancing employees' skills, leadership abilities, and career progression.
Collaborate with the HRBP and business leaders to identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans.
Maintain budgets related to learning and development activities, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants, ensuring their services meet the organization's needs and standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in Learning & Development function. Experience in designing and delivering training programs and initiatives.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with employees at all levels.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Proficiency in learning management systems and other relevant software.
Salary:
HKD50,000 - HKD65,000 per month + negotiable
