They are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Manager to join the team at the group level. This role will be responsible for overseeing HR and administrative functions across multiple locations.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to identify HR needs and provide strategic HR guidance.
Create and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Develop and oversee employee retention programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
Work closely with the management team to develop and implement performance management and career development programs.
Oversee the administration of payroll and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsible for the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
Handle disciplinary and grievance procedures, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
Oversee general administrative functions, including office management, facilities, and vendor management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A relevant master's degree is a plus.
10+ years of proven experience as an HR professional in a managerial role, preferably in manufacturing/ trading related business
Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Hong Kong, China, and other overseas regions.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships.
Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives.
Proficient in HRIS systems and other HR-related software.
Fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
Salary:
HKD50,000 - HKD65,000 per month + negotiable
