Our client is an industry leader and they are currently looking for a HRBP who will be responsible for delivering comprehensive HR services and solutions throughout the entire employee life cycle for the operation functions.
Responsibilities:
Act as a HRBP to operations function
Partner with line managers to understand their business operations and provide professional advice on driving a high-performance culture and effective employee engagement.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including partnering with hiring managers to define recruitment requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning, and implement development and retention programs for key individuals. Identify training and development needs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Conduct annual employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and develop and implement action plans to address areas for improvement.
Assist in planning and executing staff engagement and communication activities and programs.
Contribute to creating a positive corporate culture and enhancing employee well-being and engagement through the implementation of new initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement initiatives.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
