A leading life insurance firm is looking for a client service officer. Candidates with at least 1 year in insurance operations is highly preferred. Cantonese and IIQE paper 1-3 is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective outbound call services to customers, addressing their requests and enhancing their experience.
Conduct outbound calls for policy retention purposes to retain customers.
Handle inbound customer and channel inquiries (including walk-ins) and convert dissatisfaction into positive experiences by building customer trust.
Manage written inquiries from customers and channels.
Recommend improvements to procedures and processes to enhance customer services and actively participate in their implementation.
Undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
Key Requirements:
Preferred university graduate.
Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in the life insurance industry.
Good knowledge of investment products and successful completion of IIQE papers I, III, and V.
Self-motivated, quick learner, and excellent team player.
Ability to work well under pressure, complete tasks in a timely manner, and handle multiple responsibilities.
Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and prioritizing work effectively.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
