An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned Building Information Modelling (BIM) Manager to join a leading organisation in the construction industry. What you'll do:
As a Building Information Modelling Manager, you will play an integral role in managing and coordinating all aspects of BIM project management. You will be responsible for overseeing the deployment of BIM manpower resources across various projects, providing technical support during tendering and subletting processes, and ensuring that all BIM works are executed in line with relevant standards and project specifications. Additionally, you will supervise the operation of both Project BIM Teams and an in-house BIM team, as well as research and develop new applications for BIM software.

Ensure that BIM works are executed in accordance with relevant standards and project specifications

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Building Information Modelling Manager role will hold a Bachelor Degree or above in Architecture, Construction Management, Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science. They will be a CIC certified BIM manager or equivalent, with at least six years' experience in the construction industry. This includes at least one year at a managerial level within a BIM Team. They will have strong knowledge in technical and project management of BIM and construction projects, and proficiency in using BIM software such as Revit, Naviswork, 3dMax. Excellent interpersonal, leadership and team management skills are essential, along with proactive communication skills and a positive attitude. Fluency in both spoken and written English and Chinese is also required.
