UX Designer - Insurance

This role presents a unique opportunity to transform ideas into intuitive designs, simplifying complex systems for seamless user interactions, leading offshore team for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating web application designs for internal users (non-public facing)
  • Developing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
  • Convert visionary concepts into clear, engaging designs that maintain simplicity amidst intricate system functionalities.
  • Collaborate in the creation of adaptable, cohesive design systems and component libraries to streamline product development.
  • Work closely with development teams to oversee the design process, facilitate decision-making, and monitor design implementations.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years of hands-on experience in UX design
  • Strong portfolio showcasing Figma-based designs
  • Able to manager offshore UIUX team for delivery
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent English , Cantonese proficiency is a plus
  • Familiarity with insurance/ financial service industry is preferred
