Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of establishing, evaluating, implementing, and monitoring test strategies for Digital Products, Web Applications, and Mobile Apps
• Collaborating closely with DevOps engineers to establish robust automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Developing a comprehensive test schedule and effectively communicating it to all stakeholders
• Planning and managing test cases, ensuring thorough documentation and overseeing testing activities throughout the project lifecycle
• Providing technical guidance, advice, and best practices to the testing team members
• Acting as the test lead, responsible for estimating and coordinating project testing efforts, as well as managing scope and monitoring multiple projects concurrently
• Recruiting, training, and nurturing resources to enhance the team's overall competency
• Reviewing and improving the test approach, methodology, and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness
• Implementing industry-leading testing tools, staying updated with technology trends, and adopting best practices across all projects

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience in software QA and testing
• Familiarity with the SDLC/STLC process and methodology
• Automation Tools such as Cucumber, Selenium, Mocha, JMeter
• Preferred experience in performance testing
• Experience with agile development processes is a plus
• Knowledge of CI/CD with automation tests
• Experience in automated testing of mobile, web, and API
• Solid understanding of application and web functionalities and business processes
• Strong knowledge of CRM and system functionalities
