Job Duties
- Have good understanding of IT infrastructure - server
- Work with project management team to ensure successful project delivery
- Perform databases and systems administration including installation, backup, patching, monitoring, and performance tuning
- Provide ad-hoc technical support for the infrastructure environment
- Ensure performance, security and availability of the databases
- Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution or overall improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Experience in project management, vendor management, with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Track record in involving large scale IT infrastructure or cross platforms system implementation
- Expertise in Windows, Linux, Powershell, Cloudshell support and implementation
- Familiar with ERP/CRM system would be an advantage
- Strong team player, able to learn and adopt new technologies quickly and good at problem-solving
- Open-minded, self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
