The Deskside Engineer must have solid customer service skills as well as technical experience in supporting Windows / Mac Operating Systems.
Responsobilities:
- Provide 1st tier IT-related troubleshooting and supports
- Regularly update ticket status in ITSM
- Support mobile device, conference room's AV equipment or video conferencing tools
- Perform user workstations setup and user training
- Perform upgrades and deployments of software and hardware
Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma holder in IT or related field
- A minimum of 2 years' solid experience on helpdesk support
- Strong technical knowledge in providing system support on Windows/Mac OS
- Proactive and able to work independently
- Professional users support and interpersonal skills
- Good written & spoken communication skills
