* Manage the People Services team by providing coaching, training, and development to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction aligned with service level agreements.
* Develop and maintain effective HR operations within the People Services function that support the organisation’s strategic goals and objectives.
* Define key performance indicators for the team and establish robust mechanisms to monitor performance against these metrics.
* Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency within the team, including process improvements and adoption of best practices.
* Advise and collaborate closely with other HR teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of comprehensive HR services.
