Senior Manager (Cloud Migration, Insurance) - 80k

We are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager of Technology Delivery to lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions. This role requires a strategic leader with expertise in project management, application development, digital transformation, and a strong understanding of industry trends and challenges. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to deliver complex initiatives while fostering collaboration across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of complex digital projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and evolving customer needs.
• Oversee large-scale cloud migration initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and optimal performance of cloud-based applications.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, fostering innovation and excellence
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and effective expectation management throughout project lifecycles.
• Proactively monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, proposing creative solutions to mitigate challenges and optimize outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and refine best practices for project management and digital solution delivery to drive continuous improvement.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation that enhance business capabilities.
• Guide teams in the development of web and mobile applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Spearhead API design and development initiatives, implementing best practices for seamless integration across platforms.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout all stages of project execution.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional growth, and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT sector
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital solutions and managing large-scale projects such as cloud migration or digital transformation.
• Comprehensive knowledge of digital technologies relevant to financial services or insurance sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in API design and development with a focus on system integration best practices.
• Extensive experience with Agile methodologies in large-scale projects.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to navigate complex technical and business challenges.
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Azure Solutions Architect are strongly preferred.
